"Workout of the Day"

*Below you will find the structure of our classes led by certified instructors. This framework represents what most classes will consist of on a typical workout day here at 2L2Q!

Warm Up

Light cardiorespiratory exercise such as jogging, rowing, biking as well as light weight lifting or gymnastics movements meant to prepare the athlete for what is to come later in the workout This portion usually last 5-10 minutes.


Proven methods using elastic bands, PVC piping and the athlete's bodyweight to prepare and stretch the muscle groups that will be utilized each day. This portion usually lasts 5-10 minutes. 


This portion of the class is used to help athletes gain strength using weighted Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting or Bodyweight movements. This portion can take anywhere from 10-25 minutes of the class. 


A variety of movements are used, from weightlifting and powerlifting movements to gymnastics and cardiorespiratory exercise meant to aid the athlete in building stamina and endurance. This portion of the workout can take anywhere from 10-30 minutes of class time.

-"2L2Q Basics" - During this 6 week course, our certified trainers will guide your through a proper warm up and mobility routine, demonstrate and monitor for correct lifting form and guide participants through a cardiovascular workout. This course includes everything you need to get started with us. Please Inquire about start dates!
